Jhoot- My Screenplay

I have set the short film in muzaffarabad where I spent my childhood. And like david lynches work I am drawn to writing about the culture of tiny cities. It makes it even more dramatic if that city has a river going through its heart. This screenplay is very dear to my heart and draws events from my life. I have fictionalized it to an extent as well. It is for you to guess what is real and what is not. The picture above is part of James Nachtwey Afghan war series.
